Coffee Maker

My preferred morning brewing method

Who doesn’t love a well-brewed filter coffee?! Especially in the morning, the coffee maker is a good friend because it makes my morning easy and convenient. Just like that, I have a hot and freshly brewed cup of coffee in my favorite mug.

You will need

Find the remedies

We use a brew ratio of 1:16 between coffee and water.

01

The importance of water

Tap water from the faucet

Place your coffee filter in the funnel and pre-wet your coffee filter. Weigh out 1000 g of freshly drawn water. Preferably filt ered for limescale for improved coffee taste.

02

Fresh beans taste best

Weigh the coffee. Grind the beans

Weigh out 62 g of freshly roasted specialty coffee. Grind the coffee medium-fine. We recommend using a grinder with large blades rather than a blender-style coffee grinder.

Pour the ground coffee into the coffee filter. Place the funnel under the coffee maker’s shower head.

03

Freshly Brewed Coffee

Serve and enjoy!

Let the water drip completely through, and then it’s time to serve a freshly brewed cup of coffee. If your brewing runs too quickly, you need to grind finer, and conversely, if it runs too slowly, you need to grind coarser.
