Iced latte

Iced latte is one of the most delicious coffee summer drinks

An iced latte is super delicious because it combines the rich, aromatic taste of espresso with the creamy smoothness of cold milk – and it’s ice-cold and refreshing, making it perfect for hot days. It has the perfect balance between bitterness and sweetness, and it is easy to customize with syrup or plant-based alternatives.

If you use syrup, we recommend that you mix it into your freshly brewed espresso shot so that it dissolves best and gives sweetness throughout the drink.

We use a brew ratio of 1:2 between coffee and water for the espresso shot

01

Brew your espresso shot

Get started

Brew your espresso shot with a 1:2 brewing ratio. For a double shot, use e.g. 18-20 grams of coffee and get 36-40 grams out as a finished brewed shot. The total brewing time must be 25-35 seconds.

If you want syrup in your iced latte, now is the time to add it. This way it is dissolved in the hot espresso, ensuring that the sweet taste is there throughout the drink. We use a single slice.

02

Dose your milk yourself

Serve and enjoy!

Put ice cubes in your glass. Pour the desired milk over. The great thing about iced latte is that there are no rules for how much milk you should use. You can make it as strong or as mild as you want. We use 155 ml ourselves when we make this.

Then pour your shot on top as the last thing. Stir and serve.
