Holy Bean’s roastery is our starting point — the place where the journey began in 2014. In the summer of 2025, we are opening our coffee and cocktail bar in Copenhagen, in collaboration with Timm Vladimir, among others. Here, the bar serves as our creative laboratory, where we explore the nuances of coffee — from brew to cocktail.
Our Roastery
At the roastery, we work with a clear focus on responsible sourcing, traceability, and gentle roasting. We select green coffees from producers where quality, transparency, and long-term relationships are at the core. Each coffee is roasted in small batches to highlight its natural characteristics and distinctive flavor profile.
From here, the coffee is shipped to private customers, businesses, and our own coffee bar — always with the same goal: to create a coffee experience that is fruity, floral, and carries a feminine touch.

Holy Bean Coffee & Cocktails is where we bring the world of coffee into play — from the bright, fresh notes of the day’s first brew to our innovative and creative coffee cocktails that round off the evening. The bar is our creative playground, where our baristas and bartenders explore flavor, technique, and new ideas in close dialogue with our roastery.
Here, you’ll experience an atmosphere where craftsmanship and curiosity go hand in hand — and where our coffee can be enjoyed both in the cup and in a cocktail.
