We have many favorite cups, and this is definitely one of them. A beautiful cup with a good shape that fits well in the palm of your hand, while maintaining the coffee’s aroma and taste. A cup in a quiet moment or in communion and dialogue with others is pure pampering and a feeling of well-being for us.

At Holy Bean Coffee & Cocktails, aesthetics and inspiration are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that beautiful, well-considered choices can create more than just a good cup of coffee or a delicious cocktail – it can elevate the senses and create a feeling of calm, contemplation and, not least, the desire for dialogue. Our design, our processes and our relationships are all inspired by an ambition to unite craftsmanship with presence, so that every single detail reflects our values and passion. Inspiration
We are inspired by the light tones, the simple and the soft lines in the Nordic expression. The chair from Muuto combines aesthetics and durability in the finest way! In oak, it is not only a stylish element for our new coffee and cocktail bar. It is also made with consideration for the environment and certified with Eco-label. Inspired by beautiful, aesthetic furniture and design, it invites you to coziness and comfort with its timeless expression that resembles a loving embrace. Values that inspire and speak to us at Holy Bean.
My espresso machine
I have chosen my La Marzocco espresso machine because it combines reliability, precision and craftsmanship – everything that is important to me in my passion for brewing the perfect cup of coffee. La Marzocco is known for its durability and ability to create a consistent extraction, which is crucial to highlight the coffee’s complex nuances.
For me, it is also about passing on the passion for quality and genuine craftsmanship, where technology supports my desire to deliver a unique coffee experience every time. And I’ll gladly drag it with me everywhere.
Inspiration
Inspiration comes from many places. At Holy Bean, we are especially inspired by the many unique characteristics and taste notes we experience in the individual coffees. Notes that are reflected in the flavor wheel and are repeated in, among other things, the color of our label on the individual coffee bag or in the interior of the coffee bar. We are motivated by the coffee’s complex universe, where light, floral nuances meet deep, warm tones, and where each bean tells its own unique story.
Craftsmanship and quality as well as the light, bright materials are some of the things that characterize us. The Nordic simple style, which is seen, among other things, in beautifully designed wooden furniture, light, bright curtains or the beautiful color from coffee beans, which is repeated in our murals.
