For several years, Wilfa has worked closely with renowned barista and world champion Tim Wendelboe with the common goal of creating products that elevate coffee flavor to new heights. As Tim himself says: “The key to good coffee lies in the grinder itself.”

Why this product

A consistent grind is key to a well-brewed cup of coffee – unevenly ground beans disrupt water flow and can significantly impair the taste. That’s why a reliable coffee grinder is one of the most important tools.

This grinder is the result of a collaboration between Wilfa and world coffee champion Tim Wendelboe. It is designed to deliver precision and user-friendliness combined with modern technology. With a total of 41 different settings, you can perfectly adjust the grind size – whether you’re brewing with Aeropress, V60, or French press.

Note that this grinder is not optimal for espresso, as it typically requires an even finer and more specific grind.

58 mm wide stainless steel blades: The blades provide a more uniform particle size for sweeter coffee and a fuller mouthfeel. They are made of stainless steel in Italy.
41 adjustment steps with precise rotation: The grinder’s adjustable setting makes it suitable for a wide range of brewing methods – from Aeropress and pour over to filter coffee and French press. It grinds the coffee slowly and gently, minimizing heat development and preserving both aroma and flavor nuances in the beans.
The lid functions as a digital scale with a sensitivity of 0.1 g.
It can connect to your iPhone or Android device via Bluetooth. (Note that 3 x AAA batteries are not included.)
Auto-stop: The grinding stops automatically after the last bean is ground.
Easy to clean: Antistatic coffee container in stainless metal reduces coffee dust. A small brush is included.
