With the integrated conical grinder, Sage Barista Touch makes it possible to grind the beans directly into the portafilter, immediately before espresso brewing. The freshly ground coffee is delivered directly into the portafilter – with your preferred taste and coffee bean. You easily adjust coffee strength, milk frothing and temperature to your taste, and with the automatic milk frother it has become easy to make the perfect milk foam. Sage Barista Touch™ generates the precise pressure and provides the right temperature for you to transform milk into foam. With this espresso machine you now also have the option to tamp your freshly ground coffee with the Barista Touch™ tamper and subsequently adjust the amount of coffee with the Sage Razor tool.
