Our Colombia Huila coffee is roasted with a classic medium-roast profile, which highlights the coffee’s full body and rich flavor.

The coffee beans are of the highest quality – classified as specialty – which means that they score over 80 points on the quality scale.

Our roaster, Sine Klejs Gren, is responsible for every single roast. As one of Denmark’s few female certified coffee roasters, she is known for her meticulous approach and deep understanding of coffee’s many nuances.
