We don’t believe in taste snobbery, but that coffee should be enjoyed and shared together regardless of preferences. That’s why we roast our coffees so there’s something for everyone. Colombia Huila is roasted according to a more classic roasting profile. This means it’s medium roasted, which gives the coffee more body and depth. The quality of the coffee beans is specialty, which means that the coffee scores over 80 points and thus high on quality.
All our coffees are roasted by our certified roaster Sine Klejs Gren. Sine is one of the few female certified roasters in Denmark, and insight, immersion, and thoroughness characterize Sine and her approach to coffee and its complex universe.
