3 great coffees in one

A coffee with good body and fullness

The Brazilian coffee comes from the Cerrado Mineiro region and is grown at 1000-1200 masl. The coffee has a sweet character due to the natural processing method. The flavor notes are almond, dried fruit, and a pleasant aftertaste of dry cocoa.

The Colombian coffee comes from the Huila region and is grown at 1200-1800 masl. The washed processing method gives the coffee a clean and acidic taste.

Our Indonesian coffee comes from the western part of Sumatra and is grown at 1200-1500 masl. The wet-hulled processing method gives this blend intensity. The coffee has low acidity with notes of walnut and spices.

Notes of chocolate and nuts

A classic roasting profile

A coffee experience for everyone regardless of taste and preferences

We believe in coffee’s unique characteristics and work daily to bring out coffee’s natural character. By roasting some of our coffees with a medium roast profile, we add more body and fullness to our coffees. We do this to bring out classic flavor notes like chocolate and nuts while ensuring a light fruitiness and low acidity, which you’ll experience in a coffee like Nightingale.

We believe in quality

All our coffees are specialty and highest quality
