Unique Processing Method
This green coffee is grown at 1200-1500 masl, and the processing method is wet-hulled. In Sumatra’s coffee tree production, this unique method, also called Gilling Basah, is used. It results in a strong body and spicy flavor notes. We get the same experience when we roast it. Enjoy!
