Our organic raw coffee comes from the Comsa cooperative in the Marcala region. It’s a washed coffee, which gives it a very clean mouthfeel. When we roast it, we get a coffee that is fruity in taste and has a lovely interplay between acidity and sweetness. The taste is smooth and characterized by peach and caramel.
